I am writting to complain about the TV set I bought last week. Where? model number?

Today I turn on the TV, and suddenly it burns with a large flame. Luckily I escape from it at once to avoid getting hurt. However, the fire burns the furniture.

I am sure I have set up the TV set properly with the instruction. After the incident, I have phoned to the maintainence center and the staff told me that it is impossible to repair it.

I want to ask for full refund and the compensation for the furniture.
